Products
At lgroosartproducts.com you can buy hand-painted and handmade products of various kinds.
Prices
All prices on the website are in Euros, including 9% or 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs. LG Roos Art Products has the right to adjust the prices on her website without mentioning to its customers-visitors. All shipping costs are for the buyer, unless the purchase amount is more than € 100.00 and the shipping address is within the Netherlands, then LG Roos Art Products will cover shipping costs.
LG Roos Art Products cannot be held to price quotations that are wrong, as a result of an input, typing or printing error.
To order
When you have found a product in one of the sections that you want to buy, click on the "in cart" button. This places the product in the shopping cart (top right). When you click on the shopping cart, you will see the products that you have selected. By approving at the bottom of the page, you proceed to the next step. Here you will be asked to enter your details.
LG Roos Art Products considers personal data of its customers very important, and therefore this data will never be used for purposes other than for the payment and shipment of the order and its own administration. Personal data is not made available to third parties.
Payment
You can pay for your order in different ways:
- Through an iDeal or Bancontact payment through your own bank;
- Through a bank transfer to the bank account of LG Roos Art Products;
- Through a credit card;
- Through PayPal.
With a payment via iDeal, Bancontact, Credit card and PayPal, the products are made ready for dispatch and sent as soon as possible, depending on the time of payment. With a transfer to the account of LG Roos Art Products, the desired products are reserved for you, until the amount to be paid is on our account. Keep in mind that this can take a few days before we receive the money. As soon as the money is in our account, the products will be sent as soon as possible.
Confirmation
Once you have placed an order with LG Roos Art Products, you will receive a confirmation email. On the order confirmation you will find the ordered products, prices and shipping costs. These amounts include VAT.
Shipping
When your order is paid, LG Roos Art Products will ship your order as soon as possible. Depending on the size of your order, this will be by (letter) post or parcel post. If your order is sent by parcel post you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail.
The shipping costs are indicated as soon as a product is in the shopping cart. An overview of the costs can also be found here. Orders ordered on weekdays before 4.00 PM, are shipped the same day. We depend on PostNL or DHL for shipping. In 95% of the cases you have your order delivered the next day if you live in the Netherlands. International shipping can take a few days up to a few weeks.
After sending your order, LG Roos Art Products has no influence on the delivery and can therefore not be held liable for any delay in the shipping.
Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer are the responsibility of the buyer and may give additional costs for the buyer if the shipment is sent back to us.
Delivery/receiving
Stock
All products we display on the website are unique and in stock, unless stated otherwise (for example, by the words: not in stock). If we process your order and it appears that something is not in stock, we will let you know by email when it will be available again. If you do not want to wait for that, the relevant part of the payment will be refunded. If, for whatever reason, we are no longer able to deliver the ordered product to you, we will cancel your order and the full amount will be refunded.
Warranty
You are entitled to a reliable product. If you receive a damaged delivery, please let us know by email within 48 hours after receiving your delivery. An agreement will be made about the return / replacement of the damaged product. If you inform us too late about the transport damage, your warranty will expire.
Return
Is the ordered product not quite what you expected? Unfortunately! You can of course return or exchange the products. This is possible without giving a reason. The products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. You have 14 calendar days after receiving the product(s) to report that you want to return or exchange one or more products.
Before you return the product, send us an email that you want to return a product. This way we know that something will be returned. You have 14 days from the time of registration to return the product. Pack the product well if you return it to us (preferably in the package in which it was sent to you).
After receiving the return shipment, LG Roos Art Products will refund the order amount including the shipping costs (if paid) of the order to your bank account (within 14 days after registering return). You pay the shipping costs for returning the product(s). If the product(s) are found to be damaged, the right to return expires.
Have you ordered multiple products and were they not delivered at the same time? Then the 14-day cooling-off period starts after you have received the last product of the order.
Exceptions for the right to return:
- Products made as a commission;
- Sale items cannot be returned.
Quality
The colors in the photos may differ slightly from reality. The settings of your screen can also influence this.
All our products are made with care and attention and we use high quality materials.
Although many of our products have a UV protector, it is not advised to put the products in full sunlight.
Our products are also not suitable for outdoor use.
Be careful with moisture and (extreme) temperature differences.
A product treated with epoxy can be wiped off with a damp cloth. All other products can be wiped off with a clean, dry cloth.
The use of cleaning agents or, for example, perfume can damage the product.
Disputes
All legal relationships to which LG Roos Art Products is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law. LG Roos Art Products and the customer will only appeal to the courts after they have made every effort to settle a dispute in mutual consultation.
Complaints
If there is a complaint about a product or about us, you can let us know via info@lgroosartproducts.com.
Liability
LG Roos Art Products is never liable for damage, of any nature whatsoever, directly or indirectly, that has arisen after delivery, for whatever cause, to you, to items from you, to family members, to items from family members, to third parties or third party matters.
